Ultimate Song Bundle Refund Policy

I want you to be fully satisfied with your Ultimate Song Bundle. Here's exactly how refunds and revisions work for this service.

1. Before Production Starts

If you request a cancellation before you've submitted your vocal stems, you're entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Once Production Has Started

Once your vocal stems are submitted, the 7-day production and revision window begins:

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included, covering adjustments to the mix, master, or cover art within the original creative direction you provided.

• All 3 revision rounds — including your feedback and our turnaround — must happen within 7 days of your vocal stems being received. This window does not pause or restart; it's a fixed 7 days from submission.

• Each revision round should include clear, specific feedback (e.g. "vocals too quiet in the chorus," "cover art text too small") — this keeps the process efficient for both of us.

• Revisions must stay within the scope of the original song and brief. Requesting a different beat, a different genre/direction, or reworking already-approved sections from scratch counts as new custom work and may require an additional fee, quoted before we proceed.

3. Refund Eligibility

• If you're still not satisfied after all 3 included revisions have been completed within the 7-day window, you're eligible for a full refund.

• Refund requests must be made within the same 7-day window — once the window closes, the delivered version is considered final and accepted, and no further revisions or refunds are available.

• If you don't respond to a delivered revision within the 7-day window, the most recent version is considered approved and final, and refund eligibility ends with the window.

• Partial refunds may be issued at my discretion if a refund is requested before all 3 revisions are used (e.g. beat selected but mixing not started).

4. What Happens After a Refund

If you receive a refund:

• You forfeit all rights to use, release, distribute, or monetize the song, beat, mix, master, or cover art in any form, including on streaming platforms, social media, or anywhere else — even though you will still have the MP3 file(s) in your possession.

• The exclusive beat license (if applicable) is revoked and the beat returns to my catalog.

• Releasing or distributing any part of a refunded project is a violation of these terms and may result in a takedown request and/or further action.

5. After Final Delivery (No Refund Requested)

Once the 7-day window closes without a refund request, or once you've indicated approval, the purchase is final. The exclusive beat license is fully granted to you at that point, and standard non-refundable terms below apply.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund or revision requests made after the 7-day window has closed

• Change of mind after final files are approved or the window has closed

• Delays caused by late vocal stem submission or late feedback that push things past the 7-day window — the window is fixed and does not extend

• Once exclusive beat rights are granted (post-window), they cannot be revoked or refunded

• Requests for revisions outside the original brief or beyond the 3 included rounds, unless purchased separately

7. Fair Use & Our Rights

I'm committed to delivering a great final product and will always work in good faith within the included revisions and window. That said, I reserve the right to:

• Decline further revisions or end the engagement (with a prorated refund only for any undelivered stage of work) in cases of abusive, harassing, or excessively unreasonable communication.

• Treat a chargeback or payment dispute filed at any point as forfeiting any right to further revisions, files, or use of delivered materials, under the same terms as Section 4 above. I'll always try to resolve concerns directly first — please reach out before disputing a charge.

8. How to Request a Refund or Revision
